RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Oliomanna creates every product with care and passion. Should you choose to return a product within 30 days of purchase, we will happily refund the purchase price minus the cost of shipping to the credit card used for the purchase if the Merchandise is returned by mail to our factory site.

Items purchased with cash may only be exchanged or an online credit will be issued minus the cost of shipping. There are no cash refunds.  Returns or exchanges of opened products are at the owner’s discretion.  

Purchases of Merchandise made through the Oliomanna website, www.oliomanna.com, can be returned by mail and must be unopened and in sellable condition.  

After 30 days, and up until 60 days following the date of purchase, we will only issue an online credit or even exchange for any unopened Merchandise in sellable condition.  Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged more than 60 days after its purchase date.

Please note that all items purchased on SALE are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded online regardless of purchase date.

All returns and exchanges must include the original receipt.

Exchanges are not eligible for any past or ongoing promotions. 

If you believe you were overcharged for an item, notify a company associate or call 1-318-623-6974 and we will happily refund any difference between the price charged and correct retail price. 

A written copy of this policy can be provided upon request. Oliomanna  reserves the right to modify its return, refund and exchange policy at any time, without notice. 

 

GIFT CARD POLICY

Oliomanna gift cards may be redeemed for Merchandise only at our production site boutique, online at www.oliomanna.com or by calling 1-318-623-6974.  They are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.

SHIPPING

Free standard shipping on all orders of $75+ within 3 - 10 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge per address, we can expedite delivery by UPS to most destinations in 2 - 3 business days.

Shipping

We know that timely shipping is crucial to our loyal customers. Our goal is to ship orders in 3-10 business days. Expedited shipping methods will ship the next business day if placed before 2:00PM CST.  Please note that any expedited shipping options chosen after 2:00PM CST will ship out the next business day. Whenever an extended delay is expected in shipping your package, our Customer Service team will notify you via phone or email. Please be aware that all expedited shipping options do not include Saturday delivery. Currently, delivery to P.O. Boxes or locations outside of the U.S. is not possible.

Note: While we work six (6) days a week to achieve our goal, during peak holiday times, delays may cause an overall increase in shipping times.

Customer Pickup

If possible please give us at least 24 hour advance notice before picking up your order from our production boutique at 210 Longstreet Rd, Pineville, La.

 

Shipping Rates

At Oliomanna all available shipping rates and methods can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling. In many cases, there is a large amount of packaging material that is used to ensure items are shipped safely to the customer and our shipping rates are reflective of those packaging and handling rates. In the event that you wish to handle the freight on your own, we have no issues with it. Simply choose Schedule Your Own Freight and notate your UPS, FEDEX or freight number in the Customer comments section and they will arrange to use your shipper number.

International Shipping

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyers responsibility.

When will I get my shipment?

We are located in Louisiana.  Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive 1-5 business days after it is processed for most U.S residents. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse that will include a tracking number for your order. Please note that all Alaska and Hawaii orders are not able to be expedited and will take between 4-6 business days to deliver from our warehouse once the package is shipped out. 

Where does my order ship from?

All Oliomanna orders ship from our facility in Pineville, Louisiana. We never drop-ship products. By keeping all shipping in-house, we can guarantee quality, speed and accuracy in your order fulfillment.

Changes to Our Shipping Policy

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change our shipping policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Shipping Policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this policy or other terms means you accept the changes.
