Ordering and total price

Before payment, the cart shows products, quantities and the total in euros including applicable taxes and delivery charges. Local collection has no shipping charge.

Delivery and consumer rights

Destinations and shipping prices depend on configured parcels. If no quote is available, delivery must be agreed before payment. The Returns and withdrawal section explains deadlines, procedure and return postage.

Payment

Online orders are not open yet. The website is prepared for PayPal, card payments and bank transfers. Do not make real payments or bank transfers during this preview.

Account holder: Manna Patrizio. IBAN: IT69K0847376820000000135001. The amount and payment reference are displayed after the order is placed. The owner checks the bank account and manually confirms receipt before preparing the order.

Card information and PayPal credentials are not entered on Olio Manna. Authentication takes place with the payment provider.

For local collection you can also choose Pay on collection. The owner manually records payment when you meet. Full name, phone, email and full address are required for collection, including when paying online. PayPal displays card payments where available for the account and buyer. No real payments are made in this preview.

Shipping within Italy

We ship exclusively within Italy. Delivery details and order contents are checked before payment.

Weight and dimensions include oil, container, carton and protective packaging. Until parcels are configured, shipping must be agreed and cannot be paid through checkout. Where a quote is available, the charge appears before payment.

Preparing your parcel

We prepare your parcel and hand it to the carrier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. For bank transfers, this period starts when receipt of payment is verified. Carrier transit time is additional to preparation time. For collection, we arrange the date and time directly with the customer.

Carrier transit

The reference service for shipping within Italy calculated by the shop is Poste Delivery Web Express. The carrier estimates 1–4 business days after the day of acceptance, excluding Saturdays and public holidays. This depends on the route and is additional to parcel preparation time.

Sealed containers

The 250 ml and 500 ml bottles and the 5 L tin have a seal that breaks on first opening.

Changing your mind

Consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to notify withdrawal from a distance purchase without giving a reason. Goods must then be sent back within 14 days of that notification.

You pay the direct return postage when changing your mind. Pack containers suitably for transport.

Opened bottles and tins

For sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, removing the seal after delivery may exclude withdrawal. Opening the shipping carton alone is not opening the bottle or tin.

Whether this exception applies to the actual packaging remains to be checked. A product is not automatically excluded simply because it is food.

Refunds and faulty goods

A full withdrawal includes the purchase price and original standard delivery charge, excluding any premium delivery upgrade you selected. Refunds are due within 14 days of notification using the same payment method unless another free method is agreed. A refund may be withheld until receipt of the goods or evidence of dispatch.

Statutory remedies for faulty, incorrect or damaged goods are free of charge and remain available when a problem is discovered after opening.

Withdrawal through the website

The Returns and withdrawal link at the bottom of the website opens the online form. Enter your name, order reference and acknowledgement email, review the declaration and press Confirm withdrawal. The receipt includes its content, date and time and can be downloaded. In this preview emails go only to the owner; customer delivery must be activated before real sales.
