Data may include contact details, order contents, delivery address, payment references and technical navigation and security data. The site does not store full card numbers or PayPal passwords.

Purposes and providers

Enquiries and orders are processed for pre-contractual and contractual purposes. Legal obligations and service security have separate legal bases. There is no newsletter registration.

Cloudflare hosts the site and database. The PayPal connection is loaded when you select online payment and continue with your details. Resend is the service prepared for order communications; customer messages are not yet enabled in this preview. Fonts are served directly by this website, without requests to Google Fonts. Email and WhatsApp open when their links are selected.

Cookies and browser storage

olio_sandbox is a technical session cookie linking the browser to checkout. olio-sandbox-checkout is a sessionStorage reference used to resume an attempt. The private administration area uses olio_inventory for up to 90 days when Stay signed in on this device is selected.

The shop does not persist the cart. The current code includes no advertising or visit analytics tools. PayPal may use its own technical tools when payment is opened; also consult its privacy information.

Bank transfer checkout uses the technical session cookie olio_bank and the olio-bank-checkout sessionStorage reference to retrieve your own order; these are not banking credentials.

The withdrawal form stores the declaration and receipt time to handle customer rights. Pseudonymised technical references limit submissions and expire after one hour; the IP address is not stored in the declaration.

For access, correction, deletion and, where applicable, restriction, objection or portability, contact oliomanna.ilducadellatorre@gmail.com. You may complain to the competent data protection authority.

Required order details are needed to process the order. Retention, deletion of test data, provider roles and safeguards for potential transfers outside the EEA must be completed before real sales.
